If you've decided its about time that you got some relief from feeling depressed, overly anxious, stressed at work or have a specific issue that you want help with, then you're in the right place.

I work with individuals and couples from my dedicated therapy space in Carlton, Nottingham.
​
I am a BSc (Hons) Psychotherapist and Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapist (BACP), and alumni of the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute. I am also a Psychosexual Therapist with a MSc in Contemporary Psychosexual Therapy; I am also a registered member of the College of Sexual Relationship Training (COSRT). I work to their ethical frameworks and code of practice, a copy of these is available for you to look at on request.

I work in a way that aims to give you the opportunity to explore different ways of looking at your life. Together we can look at issues that might be affecting you, giving you the space and time to find a more fulfilling and effective way of living and coping.

I also work with couples who are looking to improve their relationship.

I can offer you my full attention, commitment and respect whilst supporting you to develop your own understanding, awareness and solutions to those things that are important to you.

Fees
​
My fee for Individual counselling is £60 per 50-minute session and £90 for 90 minutes.
My fee for Couples counselling is £110 per 90-minute session.
My fee for psychosexual therapy is £110 per 90- minute session or £85 for 50-minute session. Fees are reviewed annually.

Cancellations, Punctuality & Holidays
​
Fees are payable unless 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given. Please leave a message or text on my phone to cancel your session. I ask that you arrive promptly for your session, as lateness will affect your counselling time, and this cannot be extended beyond the agreed timeslot. Payment is not due during holidays, but both parties will need to give advance notice of holiday periods.

Length of therapy and endings
​
We will have plenty of reviews during our time together, to check out with each other how things are progressing. This also allows plenty of notice on either side before termination of therapy. This gives us the time we need to have an appropriate ending together.
